    If you are a health care provider, you further understand and agree that providing Veuu Incorporated with patient PHI is necessary to receive our services. We will not ask for more information than is required to fulfill our duties to you. Furthermore, you agree that this information may be shared with our authorized business partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents.
